We Gave a Small Business Six AI Employees. Here Is What They Did in Week One

Just over a week ago we did something slightly unusual. We took a small Singapore business, handed its entire marketing department to six AI employees, and agreed to publish whatever happened next, receipts included.
Full disclosure: the small business is ours. Qweaver is the first company to run on Qweaver. If we are going to tell you an AI workforce can carry real work, the least we can do is make it carry ours first. Here is what the team actually did in week one.

Day one: the Brain learned the business
Nothing useful happens until the team knows what you sell, what it costs, and how you like to talk to customers. So the first job was seeding the company Brain inside QweaverOS: the offer, the pricing, the frequently asked questions, the tone of voice, the things we never say.
This is the step most people skip when they try AI tools, and it is why generic AI writing sounds generic. Once the Brain holds your actual answers, everything downstream sounds like you, because it is reading from you.
Then Loom wrote the first article
Loom researched, wrote, illustrated and published the first blog post to qweaver.com without anyone opening a text editor. It introduced the team, in our voice, with our mascots. You may have read it. The article you are reading right now was written by the same team and published down the same pipe, which feels pleasantly circular.
The creative pack got made in an afternoon
Every post needs a visual, and visuals are where small business marketing usually stalls. The team produced the full brand pack in one sitting: social squares, a Facebook header, ad-ready statics, all locked to the same style so the page looks like one brand instead of a clip-art lucky draw. And in proper dogfood fashion, the way that pack was made became two new recipes in Loom's Creative Studio the very same day, so the next business gets it as a button press.
Then the calendar started running itself

Three Facebook posts were written, paired with creatives, and scheduled across the week in Loom Social. Each one published automatically at its slot. Nobody sat there at 10am pressing the button. The posts you saw from us last week were placed on that calendar days earlier, and this is the part that changes daily life: social media stopped being a recurring chore and became a planning session.
What we did not do, on purpose
Honesty section. In week one we did not run any ads, we did not close any sales from this content, and we will not quote you reach numbers yet because one week of a brand-new page proves nothing. The measurement loop is running, and when the numbers mean something, we will publish them, wins or losses. That is the deal with this series.
What this means for your business
Everything above happened inside one subscription, with one login, drawing from one pool of credits. No freelancer briefs, no agency retainer, no five separate tools that do not talk to each other.
If your business writes content, posts on social media, or answers the same customer questions every week, this same team can do that work for you. Seeing it live is faster than reading about it: message us on WhatsApp and we will walk you through a real workspace in 20 minutes at qweaver.com.
